Several modules rely on lists that you fill in once and then reuse with every entry. They are managed from Settings.
My suppliers
Used by delivery checks. At least one supplier is needed to record a delivery; their email address is then used to send a claim if the delivery is not compliant.
My products
The list of products you handle, reused in your entries.
My preparations
Used by the Labels module. Each preparation carries a Lifespan (days): that is what automatically calculates the BBD printed on the label.
In Preparations Settings, the Display allergens option lets you record the allergens in each preparation and then show them on the label.
Good to know
- These lists are shared by the whole team.
- You can create an entry on the fly from some forms, without going through the settings.
