Organise your areas and your establishments

Several areas in one establishment

Multi-area splits monitoring by work area: kitchen, bar, prep room, store.

1. Open Settings, then Advanced settings.
2. Tap Multi-area and turn the option on.
3. Create your areas, then attach each piece of equipment or task to its own.

An area selector then appears at the top of the modules concerned: Temperatures, Cooking, Fryers, Cleaning and Sensors.

Several establishments

Multi-site stores several sets of credentials so you can move from one establishment to another without logging out.

1. In Advanced settings, tap Multi-site and turn the option on.
2. Add the accounts concerned.
3. Then switch using the selector at the top of the home screen.

Good to know

• Switching establishment is blocked while data has not synced: the app tells you rather than risk losing it. Wait for the sync to finish, then try again.
