Free trial, subscription and read-only mode

What happens when the trial ends

At the end of the trial period, the app switches to read-only: you can still consult your whole history, but you can no longer enter new data. The message "Trial period ended" appears when you try to save something.

Your data is not deleted. It stays available, and becomes editable again as soon as you subscribe.

Subscribe

From the message shown, tap Subscribe. You can also go through Settings, then My subscription, which opens your billing area on a separate site: payment method, invoices and cancellation are managed there. On the iOS app, this entry is not shown.

Good to know

  • The billing area exists in French, English and Italian; other languages see it in English.
  • If the app is read-only while you are subscribed, contact support: it is usually a lag on the billing account.
  • If only one module is unavailable to you, it is not the subscription but your profile's permissions or whether the module is enabled.
