Record a cooking temperature

The Cooking module records core cooking temperatures, which are separate from the unit temperatures tracked in the Temperatures module.

Before you start

Your cooking equipment must be declared. If the list is empty, the screen shows List my cooking equipment and takes you to the settings, protected by the manager's PIN.

Record a check

1. From the home screen, tap the Cooking tile.
2. Check the date and, if the module is set to two checks a day, the slot, Morning or Evening.
3. Enter the temperature recorded for each piece of cooking equipment.
4. Tap Save.

Handle an anomaly

A value outside the range shows Anomaly detected. Tap Correct, select the action taken (Maintenance, Products destroyed, Other), then Validate. The message "Corrective action entered" confirms it has been logged.
