Check a delivery on arrival

The Deliveries module records every reception: who delivered, whether the goods were compliant, and what was done if there was a problem.

Before you start

At least one supplier must exist. The + button next to the Supplier field lets you create one without leaving the form.

Record a check

  1. From the home screen, tap the Deliveries tile.
  2. Check the date, then tap Add a delivery.
  3. Select the Supplier concerned.
  4. Enter the Compliance of the delivery: Compliant or Not compliant, then tap Next.
  5. If Temperature checks are enabled, the Temperature records step asks for one reading per product; tap Next.
  6. In Delivery details, add Pictures and a Commentary if needed, then tap Validate. The delivery appears in the day's list.

When a delivery is not compliant

Choose Not compliant: the app adds the extra steps.

  1. Select the Reasons: Non-conforming product, Damaged packaging, Expired product, Wrong temperature or Other.
  2. Select the Corrective actions: Destruction, Return to supplier or Other.
  3. In Delivery details, add Pictures and a Commentary if needed, then validate.

If Auto-open claim is enabled, the app then offers to send a Claim to the supplier by email, with the pictures attached.

Good to know

  • You can record as many deliveries as you need on the same day.
  • The module settings let you add Temperature checks product by product, and switch on Details on compliant delivery to always ask for pictures and a comment.
  • Tap a line in the list to reopen a delivery's details, claim it or delete it.
