The Reheating module records reheating cycles: product, starting temperature, temperature reached.
Record a reheating
- From the home screen, tap the Reheating tile.
- Tap Add a reheating: Product, start time, Initial temperature.
- Tap Validate.
- Once the serving temperature is reached, reopen the session, enter the end time and the End temperature, then validate.
Good to know
- Regulations require the safe temperature to be reached within a limited time: if it is not, the app flags an anomaly.
- Unlike cooling and freezing, reheating sends no reminder notification: remember to close the session yourself.
- Unfinished sessions stay at the top of the list, under Reheating in progress.
