Track your temperature sensors

With connected sensors, the temperatures of your units are reported on their own: no more manual entry for the equipment that is fitted.

Check the records

  1. From the home screen, tap the Sensors tile.
  2. The Sensor data screen lists each paired piece of equipment with its latest temperature and its curve, with no need to open the equipment.
  3. Display the curve over 12H, 24H, 1W, 1M or 3M.
  4. If your site has several areas, the selector at the top filters what is shown.

Handle an anomaly

When a temperature falls outside the range, the app shows Anomaly detected.

  1. Tap Correct.
  2. Select the action taken: Defrost, Maintenance, Products moved, Products destroyed or Other.
  3. Tap Validate.

Receive alerts by email

In Settings, the Notifications section contains Sensor Alerts. Add your Alert Recipients there: tap Add recipient and enter the email address, up to ten addresses. With no recipient, no alert is sent.

Good to know

  • Connected sensors are a paid add-on: if it is not active, the tile opens the Connected Sensors offer page.
  • Each piece of equipment must be paired with a sensor in Sensors settings; without that pairing, no curve is shown.
  • Records are collected at regular intervals: after a sensor is installed, it can take a few tens of minutes before the first data point appears.
  • Sensors do not replace manual records for equipment that is not fitted.
