Surface swabs prove that your cleaning plan actually works. The Surfaces module keeps the record: the test, the result and what you did about it.
Record an analysis
- From the home screen, tap the Surfaces tile.
- Tap Add a surface analysis.
- Enter the Surface you tested.
- Choose the Result: Satisfactory or Not satisfactory.
- Tap Validate.
The message "Surface analysis added" confirms the record.
When the result is not satisfactory
When you choose Not satisfactory, the button becomes Next and a second step appears: the Action plan, prompted by What, who, when.
This plan is mandatory: it is what shows an inspector that the deviation was dealt with. Fill it in, then tap Validate.
Good to know
- Tap an analysis to open its Analysis details, or to delete it.
- Analyses are archived after three months and stay retrievable through an export.
