The Traceability module replaces the box of cut-out labels: you photograph the product label and the app archives it with today's date.
Archive a label
- From the home screen, tap the Traceability tile.
- Tap Add a label: the camera opens.
- Frame the label so that the batch number, the use-by date and the origin are readable, then take the photo.
- Confirm the shot: the label appears in the day's list, time-stamped and attributed to your account.
- To add a Commentary (type of product, supplier), tap the label's thumbnail: it opens, showing "Saved by …". Type the comment, then tap Save.
The Skip / Validate comment sheet shown right after the shot only appears when the commentary option is enabled in the module settings.
Good to know
- The first time you use it, the app asks for camera permission. If you refused it, turn it back on in your phone settings.
- You can import a photo From gallery instead of taking one on the spot.
- Tap a label to enlarge it or delete it.
- After three months, the data is archived and stays available on request.
